“Art does not reproduce what we see; rather it makes us see.”
~Paul Klee
Art Therapy
Art therapy helps access unconscious thoughts and emotions that can be difficult to express with words. Just as a mirror reflects the body, art reflects the soul. It connects mind, body, and spirit—supporting healing, self-awareness, and emotional transformation. By giving form to what lies within, we can begin to shift fear into love, joy, and gratitude.
Engaging with art materials can naturally reduce stress and anxiety. Creative activities such as drawing, painting, and collage improve focus and offer fresh perspectives on our inner world.
No artistic skill is required. Art therapy is rooted in the process and your personal insights, not the finished product. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned creator, creative expression enhances mental health and reconnects you with your inner wisdom.
Art therapy also provides a powerful, nonverbal pathway for processing trauma, building resilience, and fostering emotional safety. While children and teens often express themselves naturally through art, adults can rediscover a meaningful and healing form of communication through the creative process.
“Art is not a thing; it is a way.” – Elbert Hubbard
Individual Therapy
Whether you’re facing a painful relationship, illness, major life transition, grief, or challenges with a child, the weight of anxiety or depression can feel all-consuming. If you’re ready to feel more grounded and less ruled by overwhelming emotions, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in finding clarity, relief, and a renewed sense of direction.
Just as every individual is unique, so is the therapeutic journey. I’ll help you explore your values, beliefs, and thought patterns to deepen self-awareness and guide your healing process. An integrative approach, blending evidence-based methods with holistic practices to support your personal growth, considers not only the mind, but the body, and spirit. Depending on your needs and preferences, sessions may include art, body-centered techniques, guided meditation and even nutrition support as well as talking therapy.
This integrated approach is especially effective in addressing:
Trauma | Depression | Anxiety | Mood | Self-Image | Addiction | Unhealthy Relationships | Conflict
Couples Therapy
Much of our pain stems from disconnection, miscommunication, and unresolved wounds in relationships. Yet few of us are taught the skills needed to truly nurture and sustain healthy, lasting partnerships. Our primary relationships not only shape our personal well-being but also influence the legacy we pass on to our children and grandchildren. In couples therapy, I’ll walk alongside you to help repair ruptures, rebuild trust, and strengthen your bond. Together, we’ll create space for honest communication, deepen understanding, and restore the connection that allows love to thrive.
